PASTOR: Even if we have been with you for previous meetings, PLEASE review ALL of the material as there may have been some changes since we were last with you.  PLEASE NOTE:  When we arrive, help is needed unloading the musical equipment and setting up - 2 to 3 men or boys is best.

Introduction

We sincerely appreciate the interest you have expressed in our ministry by inviting us to conduct a series of meetings in your church.  We are eagerly looking forward to our time of ministry together coming up shortly.

This information is designed to help you as you pray, plan, and prepare for the meetings.  Please read through ALL of the material.  Even though we may have been with you in previous meetings, I would respectfully request that you take the time to review all of the material.  The time you invest will greatly aid the success of the meetings.

You should look through this material approximately three months before we arrive.  I strongly encourage you to begin announcing the meetings within a week of reading this material in order to allow your people time to clear their schedules to be able to attend the meetings.  It is very disappointing to arrive at a church only to hear more than one family say to us, “If only we had known about these meetings weeks ago, we would not have planned … etc.”
